Summary
This study aims to see if practicing the Wim Hof breathing method can improve lung function and physical capacity in young men who vape. Researchers will enroll 42 male college students, aged 18-29, who are moderate to heavy e-cigarette users. The main goal is to measure changes in breathing tests, walking distance, oxygen levels, and cravings after using the breathing exercises.
