Can simple breathing exercises boost life quality for adults with repaired heart condition?

NCT ID NCT07326228

Summary

This study aims to see if a combination of breathing muscle training and aerobic exercise (like walking) can improve lung function, walking ability, and quality of life in adults who had surgery for a heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot. Researchers will compare this combined training to aerobic exercise alone over 6 weeks. The goal is to find better ways to help manage long-term symptoms and improve daily life for these individuals.
