Could better breathing be the key to easing your neck pain?
NCT ID NCT05529641
Summary
This study tested whether adding special breathing exercises to standard neck-strengthening routines could help people with long-term neck pain. Researchers compared two groups over six weeks: one did neck exercises alone, while the other did neck exercises plus breathing muscle training. The goal was to see if the combined approach reduced pain and disability and improved movement quality more effectively.
