Can simple breathing ease the agony of chemo?

NCT ID NCT07456982

Summary

This study tested whether a simple relaxation breathing exercise could help reduce nausea and vomiting in people with blood cancers who are undergoing chemotherapy. The trial involved 68 patients, with half performing the breathing exercises three times a day alongside their standard anti-nausea medication. Researchers compared their symptoms over six days to see if the exercises made a difference.
