Could simple breathing exercises help stroke patients walk better?
NCT ID NCT06838871
Summary
This study tested whether a special breathing exercise program, combined with core muscle training, could help people recovering from a recent stroke. Twenty participants either did these exercises or received standard rehab for four weeks. Researchers wanted to see if the combined training improved their balance, walking ability, and breathing strength more than usual care.
