NCT ID NCT07576166
First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether adding rhythmic breathing exercises to standard balance training can improve balance and trunk control in people who had a stroke 3-6 months ago. 50 participants will be split into two groups: one gets breathing plus balance training, the other gets balance training alone. Both groups exercise for 60 minutes, 3 days a week, for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the breathing exercises make a difference in recovery.
