Breath-Holding workouts tested to fight kidney disease fatigue

Summary

This study is testing if adding special breathing techniques to exercise can help people with moderate kidney disease feel less tired and walk farther. Sixty participants will do supervised cycling workouts for 12 weeks, with some using breath-holding or a resistance mask. Researchers will measure changes in walking distance, fatigue levels, and quality of life.
