Summary
This study is testing a new, structured support program designed to improve the comfort and experience of first-time mothers while breastfeeding. The program is based on a holistic theory of comfort that addresses physical, emotional, social, and environmental needs. Researchers are also developing and testing a new questionnaire to measure how comfortable mothers feel during breastfeeding.
