Can a simple training ease new Moms' biggest breastfeeding fear?
NCT ID NCT06857461
Summary
This study tested whether a special training program could help new mothers worry less about not producing enough breast milk. Researchers compared the new program, which included hands-on training and follow-up support, to the standard breastfeeding advice given in the hospital. The goal was to see if the program boosted mothers' confidence and helped them continue breastfeeding exclusively.
