New exercise combo aims to ease shoulder pain in breastfeeding moms

Summary
This study tests if combining two types of exercises—motor control retraining and scapular stabilization—can reduce pain, improve strength, and help daily function in breastfeeding women who have shoulder blade movement issues (scapular dyskinesia). About 34 women who are at least 3 months postpartum and have shoulder or upper back pain during or after breastfeeding will participate. The goal is to find a better way to manage this common discomfort without medication.
