Summary
This study tests whether specific shoulder exercises can help new mothers with rounded shoulders breastfeed more easily and improve their posture. Researchers will compare two types of exercises in 34 women who are 2 weeks to 6 months postpartum and have had a C-section. The goal is to see which exercise works better for latch quality, breastfeeding confidence, and posture.
