First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tested whether a fun, game-like app could help first-time moms feel more confident about breastfeeding and have better attitudes toward infant feeding. Sixty pregnant women in their last trimester were split into two groups: one used the gamified app, the other got standard education. Researchers measured changes in breastfeeding self-efficacy and feeding attitudes before and after the program.
