First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether educational videos and podcasts can help first-time mothers feel more confident and successful at breastfeeding. About 100 pregnant women in their third trimester will be split into groups: one gets standard brochures, the other gets videos and podcasts to watch or listen to before and after birth. Researchers will measure breastfeeding attitudes, self-confidence, and success at one and six months after delivery.
