Can learning about carbon footprint change how mothers breastfeed?

NCT ID NCT06780969

Summary

This study tested whether teaching pregnant women about their environmental impact (carbon footprint) would affect their breastfeeding habits and awareness. Researchers gave 64 women a special 4-session education program and compared them to a group that received standard care. They then measured the women's confidence in breastfeeding, their environmental awareness, and their stress levels for six months after giving birth.
