Summary

This study compared two types of nerve blocks (Serratus Anterior Plane Block and Serratus Posterior Superior Intercostal Plane Block) to see which one provides better pain relief after breast surgery. 62 adults having a mastectomy were included. The goal was to reduce pain and the need for opioid painkillers. Results will help doctors choose the best block for postoperative comfort.
