Summary
This study tests whether adding a special surgical material called SureDerm during breast-conserving cancer surgery leads to better cosmetic results and is safe. Researchers will compare two groups of women: one receiving the material and one having standard surgery. The main goal is to see if patients are more satisfied with how their breast looks and feels after healing.
