New study aims to stop sore throats after breast surgery

Summary
This study looks at three different methods for checking the pressure in the breathing tube's cuff during breast surgery. The goal is to find which method best prevents common side effects like sore throat, hoarseness, cough, and trouble swallowing after the operation. About 90 women having elective breast surgery will take part, and their symptoms will be tracked for 24 hours after surgery.
