New mesh aims to strengthen breast reconstruction after cancer surgery

Summary
This study is testing a new surgical mesh designed to support breast reconstruction after mastectomy. It will compare the safety and success of reconstruction using this new mesh against standard surgery without it. The goal is to see if the mesh helps reduce complications and improves how patients feel after surgery.
