Can new scans predict chemo success in tough breast cancer?
NCT ID NCT02744053
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This early-phase study looks at whether special imaging scans (DCE-MRI and MBI) can predict how well chemotherapy works in people with triple negative breast cancer. About 96 participants will get these scans before, during, and after chemo to see if the images can tell who is responding. The goal is to find a better way to measure tumor shrinkage without relying only on surgery.
