Summary
This study aims to understand how gender-affirming hormone therapy and chest surgery affect breast-related distress in transgender men and gender-diverse individuals. Researchers will follow 100 participants from before starting treatment through surgery, measuring changes in psychological well-being. The goal is to document how these medical interventions help reduce anxiety, depression, and distress related to breast development.
