Virus injection tested to fight breast cancer before surgery

NCT ID NCT07150767

Summary

This early-stage study aimed to test the safety and find the right dose of a new virus-based injection (BioTTT001) when given alongside standard pre-surgery treatment for locally advanced breast cancer. The trial planned to enroll women with non-metastatic breast cancer to receive the injection directly into their tumor. However, the study was withdrawn by the sponsor before any participants were enrolled.
