New hope for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer: Two-Drug combo enters trial

NCT ID NCT07235618

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a drug called entinostat to standard fulvestrant therapy can help control advanced breast cancer that has started growing again after previous hormone-based treatments. It will enroll about 50 women to see if this combination can delay cancer progression and improve survival. Researchers will also check if a simple blood test can predict who is most likely to benefit from this treatment.
