New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new treatment plan for people with advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone-based drugs. It will give 45 participants a newer targeted drug first, and then switch them to a different combination of pills. The main goal is to see if this sequence can keep the cancer from growing for a longer time and is safe for patients.
