Summary

This study is observing how well a standard breast cancer drug combination works for patients aged 65 and older during their normal medical care in Russia. It aims to see how the treatment affects patients' quality of life, how long the cancer stays under control, and what side effects occur. The study is not testing a new treatment but is instead watching and recording the results of a treatment already in use.
