Summary
This study aims to help female night shift workers reduce their risk of breast cancer. Night shift work can disrupt the body's clock and increase cancer risk. Participants will receive a personalized prevention plan focusing on lifestyle changes like diet, exercise, and quitting smoking. Researchers will track how well 100 women follow these recommendations over 5 years.
