Summary
This study looked at 403 breast cancer patients whose cancer had spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastasis). Researchers collected detailed medical information from three major hospitals to understand what factors affect survival. They used this data to create a new tool called BC-LGPA that helps doctors predict how the disease may progress and guide treatment decisions.
