Summary
This study tested a new drug called H3B-6545 in Japanese women with a specific, hard-to-treat type of advanced breast cancer. The main goal was to check if the drug was safe and well-tolerated in this group, and to find a suitable dose. It involved 33 women whose cancer had progressed despite previous hormone therapies and other treatments.
