Summary

This study tests a new drug, Trastuzumab Rezetecan, against an existing one, Trastuzumab Deruxtecan, in 150 women with advanced breast cancer that is HR-positive and HER2-low. Participants must have already tried hormone therapy without success. The goal is to see which dose works better at slowing cancer growth and to check for side effects.
