New hope for advanced breast cancer: experimental drug cocktails enter human testing

NCT ID NCT07389733

Summary

This early-stage clinical trial is testing several combinations of experimental drugs (HRS-6208, HRS-8080, HRS-6209) with existing breast cancer medications (fulvestrant, letrozole) for people with advanced, spreading breast cancer that cannot be surgically removed. The main goals are to find safe doses and see if these combinations show early signs of helping control the cancer. The study will enroll about 180 adult women to monitor side effects and see how the drugs affect tumors.
