First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether a new drug (HRS-8080) combined with dalpiciclib works better than a standard drug (fulvestrant) combined with dalpiciclib for people with advanced breast cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. About 912 women aged 18-75 with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer will participate. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
