Scientists search for clues in breast cancer tumors to predict treatment success
NCT ID NCT05529862
Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients with advanced breast cancer respond well to standard hormone therapy plus ribociclib, while others do not. Researchers will analyze tumor and blood samples from about 115 patients before and after treatment to look for genetic patterns. The goal is to find biological markers that can predict treatment response and identify new targets for future therapies when the cancer progresses.
