First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called BRC-OA for people with mild to severe knee osteoarthritis. BRC-OA is made from donated human fat tissue that has been specially processed and frozen. The study aims to see if it is safe and can reduce knee pain. About 42 adults aged 18 to 80 will receive either a low or high dose of BRC-OA or a control treatment, and their pain and function will be tracked for 6 months.
