Summary
This study looks at whether a single group exercise session, called a "Braining booster," can quickly reduce anxiety in people with psychiatric conditions. Researchers will measure anxiety levels right before and after the workout, and also check mood changes over the following week. The study involves 30 adults who are already part of a larger exercise program.
