Summary
This study aims to learn more about brain tumors in children by analyzing tumor and blood samples. Researchers will look for genetic changes and grow 3D models of the tumors in the lab to test how they respond to different drugs. The goal is to understand why tumors grow and resist treatment, which could help design more personalized therapies in the future. This study does not test new treatments directly on children.
