Summary

This study looks at tumor and blood samples from 50 children aged 3-18 with brain tumors to find genetic changes and test how tumors respond to drugs in 3D lab models. The goal is to better understand why some tumors resist treatment and to pave the way for more personalized therapies in the future. Participants are not given any new treatments as part of this research.
