New hope for kids with recurrent brain tumors in clinical trial

Summary
This study is testing an oral medication called binimetinib for children and young adults with a recurrent brain tumor called adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink the tumor and control its growth, especially for patients whose cancer has returned after surgery or radiation. Up to 38 participants will take the drug in cycles for up to two years to measure its effectiveness and safety.
