Can music lessons and video games keep your brain young?
NCT ID NCT03271190
Summary
This study tests whether a fun, combined program of memory training and engaging leisure activities (like learning music or Spanish) can help prevent cognitive decline in older adults who are worried about their memory but don't yet have a diagnosis. Researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, daily life function, and brain scans over two years to see if the program builds mental resilience.
