Scientists map depressed brains, test Ketamine's quick effects

NCT ID NCT05991232

Summary

This study aimed to understand how different brain networks function in people with depression and how those functions relate to daily life. Researchers planned to use brain scans to track these networks over time. In a smaller group, they also wanted to see how a single dose of ketamine might temporarily change these brain connections.
