Magnetic pulses target brain to calm uncontrollable body movements

NCT ID NCT07173920

Summary

This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique can reduce the involuntary movements caused by tardive dyskinesia. Researchers will use magnetic pulses targeted at specific brain areas in 62 adult patients. The goal is to see if this precise stimulation provides longer-lasting relief for these disruptive symptoms compared to standard approaches.
