Zapping the brain to restore speech after stroke

Summary
This study tests whether gentle electrical brain stimulation can help stroke patients who have lost their ability to speak. Researchers will compare real stimulation to a sham treatment in 28 patients who recently had a stroke. The goal is to see if this non-invasive technique improves how quickly and accurately patients can name objects.
