Zap your brain to talk again? new stroke therapy trial

Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, painless electrical brain stimulation can boost the effects of speech therapy for people who have trouble speaking after a stroke. Researchers will give 64 participants either real or fake stimulation while they do language exercises to see if it improves their ability to name objects. The goal is to find a more effective way to help people regain communication skills long-term.
