Zapping the brain to fix stroke damage?

NCT ID NCT04655963

Summary

This study is testing a non-invasive brain stimulation treatment to see if it can safely improve thinking and memory problems in people who have had a stroke. Researchers are using a device called rTMS, which is already approved for depression, to see if it can help with stroke-related cognitive issues. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe, acceptable, and shows promise for improving brain function.
