Zapping the brain to help Parkinson's patients swallow safely

Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can help improve swallowing difficulties in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare a real stimulation treatment to a sham (fake) treatment, both given alongside standard swallowing therapy. They will measure swallowing safety and function, and use brain scans to understand how the treatment might work.
