Summary

This study is testing a non-invasive brain stimulation technique to see if it can reduce pain and other symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare different doses of stimulation to a fake treatment in 90 participants. The main goal is to see if this method safely improves pain, movement, and quality of life over a 3-month period.
