Zapping the brain to curb cravings?

NCT ID NCT07024550

Summary

This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation device can help reduce food cravings in adults who binge eat. Researchers will use brain scans (fMRI) to see if the treatment changes activity in the brain's reward pathways. Participants will receive either the real treatment or a sham (fake) version over six sessions, with follow-up a month later.
