This study tests a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called slow-oscillatory transcranial direct current stimulation (so-tDCS) in people with focal epilepsy that doesn't respond to medication. Ten participants received 14 days of twice-daily sessions, with the stimulation targeted to the area of the brain where their seizures start.
