Zapping the brain to ease chronic male pain
NCT ID NCT07035119
Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique can help reduce chronic pain in the scrotum. It will involve 50 men who have experienced this pain for at least six months. Researchers will use a magnetic device to stimulate the brain over three days and track pain levels daily via text messages to see if it's a feasible treatment approach.
