Summary

This study aimed to understand how a non-invasive brain stimulation technique affects the brain circuits related to pleasure and reward. Researchers tested the procedure on 72 right-handed adults who reported experiencing low pleasure (anhedonia). They used brain scans and surveys to measure changes in brain activity and self-reported feelings before and after the stimulation sessions.
