Summary

This study is testing whether a safe, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can help people with alcohol use disorder drink less. Over 300 participants will receive either real or fake stimulation sessions over 12 weeks to see if it reduces heavy drinking days. The goal is to offer a new option for people who want to cut back on alcohol but are not aiming for complete abstinence.
