Scientists map how brain zaps rewire your mind

NCT ID NCT05322239

Summary

This study aims to understand how a non-invasive brain stimulation technique (TMS) changes how different brain regions communicate with each other. Researchers will measure brain activity in 200 healthy volunteers before and after receiving several sessions of stimulation. The goal is to build a general model to predict these brain changes, which could help improve treatments for conditions like depression in the future.
